College and university campuses are dedicated to diversity, but what are the faculty responsibilities when a student who wears traditional religious clothing such as a Muslim hijab or a Jewish yarmulke aces an audition for a student TV newscast? What if the station airing the newscast refuses to accept the student? Should there be a frank discussion with the student regarding realistic job prospects? What are the EEOC liabilities?
